And this song became popular in the USA for few month and maybe in other counties too. I think the outbreak/viral of this MV known in the USA is because of Ellen, she was the distributor and presented a "secondary" source of the MV. Now I say that people(world/nations) who don't listen or have no intrest in Korean music, now and have done their own parodies of it.
