How Was Your Food Made?

Food Inc. gave me a big impact on what I eat. What I like about the documentary is that it gave both side of the story. I never really had the interest in eating fast food, junk food, fried food maybe that's why I'm always slim even without the 60min exercise. No wait, its my high metabolism. Still we, Chinese people believe in eating lots veggies, fruits, fish, rice (of course), pork, beef, and they were all home cooked. gosh i don't know what I'm getting with this...
