I had left over wanton or dumpling fillings and the wrapper were soggy. So I used BK's technique of coating it with corn starch. This is my first time. I was amaze with the transparent coating it made. The coating made me think of the clear coverings of those shrimp Chinese dumpling.
I didn't take pictures. I was in a rush. I ate it while walking to my next class. ^^
But she has gorgeous pictures.
