Ginger and Spring Onion Dipping Sauce

This is a dipping sauce for boiled chicken. Chinese people like to eat there chicken parts boiled. They also dipped the chicken in soy sauce too. But I was feeling in have this as the dip. Making it once in awhile, it tasted fabulous. It was really cool watching it sizzle.

My mum said that I added to much oil but it seems the right amount to me.

List:
Ginger
spring onion
oil
salt
chicken granule bullion or pepper

1. Finely randomly chop ginger. Do the same with spring onion. Both about the same amount. In a ceramic or glass bowl add salt and chicken gran. bull. with the chopped ginger and spring onion. I stirred them and tasted it if I need more flavor. you can also tasted it after you pour the oil and add more flavor as needed.
2. In pan heat up oil until you see that the oil start to smoke a bit. then our the oil directly into the bowl of ginger and spring onion. Be careful it will boil viscously when you pour the hot oil.

Fried Pickles with Spicy Ranch

Buns In My Oven » Fried Pickles with Spicy Ranch

INGREDIENTS:

For the pickles:
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/4 cup pickle juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
dill pickle chips, as many as you'll eat (the batter will cover a cup or two worth of pickles)

For the Spicy Ranch:
1/4 cup bottled Ranch dressing
2 teaspoons Frank's Hot Sauce (or any hot sauce you prefer), more or less to taste

DIRECTIONS:
Add a couple of inches of oil to a deep skillet set over medium heat. Bring to 375 degrees.
While the oil is heating, combine the flour, milk, pickle juice, paprika, and salt in a shallow dish, such as a pie plate. Mix until well combined.
Drop the pickles in the batter and stir them around until completely coated.
When the oil is hot, drop pickles one by one into the oil. Do not over crowd the pan. Flip the pickles over after about 1 minute and continue cooking another 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until the batter is golden and crunchy.
Drain on a paper towel lined plate.

To make the Spicy Ranch:
Combine the ranch dressing and hot sauce in a small bowl. Add more or less hot sauce to taste.

Fried Man Tou with sweet condense milk

by newyork.seriouseats
I had this dessert for the first time 2 summer ago at a Korean restaurant in China. The inside was soft and fluffy while the outside was crunchy. And dipping it in sweet condense milk made it heavenly yummy.

Okay I was looking for the recipe and it's really simple to produce.

Method:
Make the mantou from scratch or buy the frozen ones at the asian store; then steam it. Then fried it to a nice golden brown. You can buy sweet condense milk or make your own, you just need milk, sugar and butter, here are some links:

Hot Pizza Dip with bread

LINK:
http://www.the-girl-who-ate-everything.com/2012/02/hot-pizza-dip.html

Found another pizza dip recipes but there is so much spices that I don't have. The other one is a simple cheese and pepperoni recipe.

Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup pizza sauce
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
2 ounces pepperoni sausage, chopped
2 tablespoons sliced black olives

Instructions:
Note: You can either cook this in the microwave or oven. If you wish to cook it in the oven preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
1. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, oregano, parsley, basil, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
2. Spread mixture in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate, or a shallow microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese on top of the cream cheese mixture. Spread the pizza sauce over all.
3. Microwave the pepperoni for about 30 seconds just to get some of the fat out of them so you don’t end up with a greasy mess on top of your pizza dip.
4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, then top with green pepper, pepperoni and olive slices. Cover, and microwave for 5 minutes or bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot with baguette slices, tortilla chips, or Fritos scoops.
