Simple Chicken Salad

Hospice chef also had me made chicken salad. I don't eat those kind of diet, so it was my first time making it and it was easy and simple. You can adjust the amount of mayonnaise, salt, pepper to your liking because I'm not sure if I remember the salt and pepper measure amount right.

UPDATE 7/1/13:
I took a picture of the recipe and have change the measurement to the correct ones now.

LIST:
1 cup of small diced carrot
1 cup of small diced celery
6 cup of chunky diced cooked chicken meat (with no fat or skin)
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Mix together.

Pickle Dip Recipe

Buns In My Oven » Pickle Dip

INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 to 1 cup dill pickles, depending on how pickly you like things
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
dill, for garnish, if desired
pickle juice

DIRECTIONS:
Chop the pickles into very small pieces.
Combine with the cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce until well mixed. Splash in a bit of pickle juice to thin the dip out a bit (around 1 tablespoon, but more is fine, dependent on your taste).
Serve cold or at room temperature with potato chips.

Pesto Chicken Panini

I was attracted to these grill marks and the word pesto.

Creamy Onion Garlic Bread

Some fat and butter sounds good to me right now too. But I don't like the picture of how it turned out. The butteriness looks a bit soggy and gooey. I like mine to be crisp and crunchy but I never tired it before so I don't know if the top wouldn't be bit soggy. Well that was my only problem I want to know about. There is always your simple butter + bread.

Chicken and Dumplings

This look so good. Doesn't this look good to eat? It does, doesn't it? I'm thinking of mash potato with this. I think I just like the thickness of the sauce. The high quality of the photo makes it real, in front of me. I think the color of this food is also pleasing to the eye. Makes it even more drooling good. Man, writing this is making me was some...
