Scramble Eggs with Chinese Chives

I usually eat this dish with rice porridge for breakfast. All you need eggs and asian chives. There is two ways of cooking it. First oil and stir fry the chives and then add the beat eggs or you could beat the eggs with the chives and then scramble it. Don't forget to season your food, I put salt, white pepper, and chicken granule bouillon while beating the eggs.
