All you need
Is 2 eggs and a handful of shrimp. Also your seasoning mine is salt and chicken granule bouillon and white pepper powder.
oil your pan, heat it up, add shrimp, sprinkle half of your seasoning, shrimp tender pink add beat eggs, sprinkle a pinch or so more of seasoning, than whisk eggs around here and there. Stop cooking to the tenderness of your eggs. I turn my heat from high to med-high heat when I was about to add the eggs. Didn't want to over cook my eggs without notice.
